Even thought it's January - Happy Anniversary on the 1st, Bill BILL - I wanted to squeeze in the last of the month of December that I didn't get around to posting -
1.) We celebrated the Feast of Saint Nicholas in early December with aunt Katie.
She brought the girls the cutest gifts and we feasted on Chinese!

2.) Then that weekend, after mass, St. Joan of Arc had their Christmas/New Parishioner Party in the gym and guess who showed up:

3.) Then later that night, we hosted a family Advent dinner.
Mom wants to start a new tradition of all of us taking turns hosting dinners for each of the 4 Advent Sundays next year - I love NEW traditions as much as the OLD ones!

4.) Then the last Sunday of Advent, we did our Christmas exchange with the Sahms and they hosted such a fun night!
5.) For Christmas this year, I got to upgrade my phone… only about 18 months late.
The guy at AT&T laughed when he saw how old my plan was! So funny, guy at AT&T, I know.
Oh well, at least my phone pics will be SPECTACULAR with this new one now haha!
(I don't know the other perks to tell you the truth. I leave that to Bill - to keep track of things about my phone). :)

6.) The girls seem to be getting so big SO FAST!
June is teething so badly still that this is what she did to a little gift from our neighbor -

She started crawling at 6.5 months last weekend and likes to crawl her way into the little tent.
(Addie started crawling at 8 months, so this is new territory for us).

And as Addie is quickly approaching 2, she is definitely into playing with June other kids and adults.

7.) And finally, we had a quite and relaxing New Year's Eve and New Year's Day Anniversary Dinner:

And then we went out to Outback for dinner on Wednesday because Mom and Dad gave us a gift card. Then they watched the girls.
So we were super grateful. And spoiled.
