Tasteful Tuesdays

It's GRILL TIME:

We don't usually eat a lot of fish (I like it but Bill doesn't really care for it outside of Fish and Chips)... but since having baby June, or since it's summer, it sounds good at least once a week.  Here's something yummy I'm a huge fan of now - 

Tilapia and Veggies on the grill


Tilapia


Butter in one bowl and cajun seasoning in the other - sink fish into butter than cover both sides with seasoning (mainly paprika, herbs, red pepper flakes, garlic and onion powder)


Zucchini and onions on the grill - I toss them in a vinaigrette salad dressing first - a trick from Moma Sahm

Finished product.  Even Bill liked it a lot!
AND a dinner with no carbs means popcorn over the stove later! 



And since lemon goes so well with fish, what did we have to drink?  Summer Shandys - a summer staple!
