7 Quick Takes - Thanksgiving Week

Here is a wrap up of a great week and Thanksgiving holiday for Casa Williams.

I have so much to be thankful for this week:

Like…

1.) Fun times at grandma and grandpa's on Sunday, watching football and eating pizza:

We are so blessed to have such a warm and special place that the girls just love to be.

2.) A car ride home with cousins and dads so that Jessie, Katie, Jess and I could have a "sister" girls' night without the littles around -

Just flash forward to next summer when there will be a tent and sleeping bags strapped to the top!  ;)
June's along for the ride too and I'm sure will be a great camper next summer!

3.) This lil guy turned 2 on Tuesday.  Happy Birthday, Zeke!  We are thankful for you and that you and Addie will grow up together, having many more fun cousin moments (He's 1.5 months older than AJ)!

4.) We are thankful that so many people sell their new clothes to places like Once Upon a Child so that we can buy nice but USED clothes, like Christmas dresses the girls will only wear once! :)

AJ trying on a dress over her pajamas -

And not wanting to take it off -

Checking out the twirl factor.

5.) I'm thankful for my OLD SCHOOL girlfriends and the few times a year we can all get together when everyone's in town (well, a few had to be there in spirit); but these girls' nights are things I'll always cherish!

The only boy there was the one in Courty's belly!  Baby Spiegel at 27 weeks old ;)

We went to Zest.  YUMMM

And definitely shared some desserts -

6.) We had a nice SMALL (30 people is a small year) Thanksgiving at grandma Reva's with lots and lots of our favorite Thanksgiving fare:

This is the dining room table after everyone went through the line.  Yes, lots of leftovers!

Addie and Grandma Reva visiting.

And I'm not only grateful all the food and company we had, but also to be able to participate in something like the Drumstick Dash on Thanksgiving morning, where thousands of people "move their feet so others can eat!"

7.) And last, but definitely not least, I'm extra thankful for our two babies and being able to stay at home with them, no matter how trying it can be somedays.
I want to appreciate all the moments in all the days that I get to be with them!

AJ fell asleep before we ate turkey dinner!
Getting a head scratch.

Then giving Wilson a scratch.
And then followed him around all day.

Where'd he go?

Junie doesn't know!

Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours!

Linking up with Jen as always!
